We had a great stay, our room was a good size, space for luggage. Check-in took a while on their system but they took care of us and offered us a drink whilst we waited. The breakfast was great and location was lovely, right on a quiet beach but with plenty of restaurant options in the bay, we used the ferry to get to the old town which is very convenient right outside the hotel. We had booked a sea view room and the first room we were allocated was a "partial sea view" where the sea was visible only if you lent over the balcony. I raised this with the team, who understood the issue and worked to resolve it, we moved rooms the following day - great customer service.

You can’t beat the views at this property. Some of the most stunning sea views I have ever seen! The view from our room was just magical. It’s so so peaceful in a quiet bay, perfect for a relaxed Ibiza trip. It’s also excellent food for an all inclusive buffet, we absolutely loved it and never wanted to miss it during our stay!

In general we liked everything! Specifically: - wonderful calm and relaxed atmosphere - only five rooms in total means lots of space and areas to relax - every member of staff we met was friendly, efficient and attentive and would make an extra effort without being asked - the grounds are kept in immaculate condition by a gardener who seems to work continuously but never gets in the way 👏 - the owners live on site and welcoming - the room was spotlessly clean and serviced efficiently every day - breakfast was excellent… varied options, delicious - we had dinner at the hotel three times and each was very good indeed
